Sales Rep Active status effective 2-1-21.
All Sales Rep's will need to maintain an active status to receive commissions. To remain active you must have a personal sale or purchase worth $19.99 within each calendar month beginning February 1, 2021. If you do not make a sale or purchase for a minimum of $19.99 within this time frame you will be notified and given 15 days to comply.
Note: You must accept this change by agreeing to the new Sale's Rep Terms of Agreement. You can accept this agreement by logging into your dashboard. This must be accepted to receive future commissions.
What qualifies as a personal sale or purchase?
- Any full size product on the CBD BioCare website that must be equal or greater than $19.99, this means products in the Try It size collection do not qualify.
- Any item listed in the Sales Rep Store qualifies.
What happens if I do not make a sale or purchase?
- You will receive an email notifying you that you have 15 days to comply.
- If you do not make a sale or purchase equal or greater than $19.99 within the original 30 days or within the following 15 day compliance period, you will be deactivated.
What happens if I am deactivated?
- You will not receive commissions on sales made after you are deactivated.
- Lifetime commissions on previous customers will be terminated.
- You can re-activate your account within 90 days but you will start back at a 20% commission level.
- Any links, including your landing page and coupon code will also be deactivated.
- If you do not reactivate within 90 days your account will be deleted.
Why the change?
It is our goal to get CBD into the hands of people who need it the most. Our sales representatives help us do that. In turn we pay generous commissions that compound, offer lifetime referrals and provide free marketing support, sales rep training and customer service. Our desire is to strengthen relationships and services to those who engage and are active with our company.
In contrast, we are no longer willing to pay lifetime commission referrals to people who are not active. We hope you see this as a positive and that you continue to grow with CBD BioCare.
