Account activation instructions for CBD BioCare customers and Sales Representatives.
New Customer Account Activation
Creating a Customer Account is easy! It will save you time during checkout as well as give you access to all your previous orders and account information.
Start by going to www.CBDBioCare.com and clicking the "LOG IN" button in the top right hand corner of the screen. Under the Customer Account login, you will select "Sign Up". It will then prompt you to enter your personal account information and create a password. Once completed, you will receive a verification email that will confirm and verify your new customer account.
If you do not see your customer account confirmation email, make sure to check other folders such as: promotions, spam, social, etc.

Type in "customer account confirmation" in the search bar of your email inbox and search for the email from CBD BioCare.
Existing Customer Account Activation
We have recently updated our CBD BioCare website on May 1st, 2020. We value our customers privacy and make it a top priority to protect your information. We do this by taking the necessary steps to verify your account and prevent fraudulent activity.
* If were a customer with CBD BioCare in the past before this date and have not logged in to access your new customer account, please follow these instructions:
Every existing CBD BioCare customer was sent an activation email on May 2nd, 2020 verifying their account. Within this email there is a unique activation link that will verify and activate your account when selected. Once you have clicked on that link it will prompt you to set a new password.
* NOTE - If you DO NOT see your initial activation email in your inbox please follow these instructions:
- Check your inbox folders such as: promotions, spam, social, etc.
- In the search bar of your email inbox, search for: "account activation" and look for the email sent from CBD BioCare on 5/2/20.
- If you still can't find it, please follow the set of instructions listed under "Option 2" to manually activate your account.
Option 2 (manually activate):
If you can't find your initial customer account activation email, you can manually activate your account by doing the following:
2. Within the Customer log in page - DO NOT enter any email or username, select "FORGOT PASSWORD" only.
3. You will then receive an email to reset your password.
4. Once you have reset your password, your account will then be activated.
* NOTE - If you DO NOT see your password reset email:
- Make sure to check other inbox folders such as: promotions, spam, social, etc.
- Use the search bar in your email inbox and search for emails from "CBD BioCare".
- If you still can't find it, Please follow the set of instructions listed under "Option 3" to activate your account.
Option 3 (activated by CBD BioCare customer service):
If you are experiencing issues activating your existing customer account, our Customer Service Team can manually send you the activation email for your account. Once you have received that email, please click the link to finalize your account activation.
